Erika Girardican’t help but feel a sense of vindication — though her fellow housewives think she should be exercising humility for her latest legal win.
On Wednesday’s episode ofThe Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Erika, 52, gathered the ladies during their cast trip to Barcelona, Spain and gave a status update on her legal battle regarding the custody of her $750K diamond earrings.

Upon hearing her castmates' murmurs of confusion, she explained that the court had ordered the trustee involved to prove that the “money used to pay for the earrings was actual client trust fund money.”
“In other words, you can’t prove that the money used to buy my earrings was client money,” she added in a confessional. “You can’t do that so they shouldn’t have been taken in the first place.”

Erika addressed her housewives and recalled a storyline in season 12 ofRHOBHwhere she “got very heated” and asked her costars to “please listen to me” and refrain from judgement as the “story is not over.”
“What I said was going to happen is happening,” she continued to cameras. “[I said], ‘This is a long fight. Let it work through the legal system, please do not rush to judgement.'”
“Look, a win is a win,” she shrugged before acknowledging that the battle was not over. Though the case will still filter down to the “lower courts,” Erika pointed out that the “upper court” sided with her and said, “Hold on a second, this isn’t quite right.”
As the women congratulated her on her victory, Erika reveled in her big “I-told-you-so” moment while the housewives reacted to the news in their respective confessionals.

“I think that Erika feels vindicated with a number of ladies in this group. So many of them doubted her so much,“Kyle Richardssaid.
Garcelle Beauvaisnoted, “I wish she would just let the earrings go and give something back to the victims so that you can sleep at night, so you feel like, you know, even though you’re not guilty, you’re giving back to the victims. You need good karma!”
“I can’t control people’s reactions, but I was really expecting more from these ladies,” Erika said in a confessional of her own. “I don’t need anybody to put their arms around me but I do need you to acknowledge that what I said would happen is happening. You know, that would be a nice moment for me.”
