NeNe Leakes' legal battle with Bravo and company has ended.
The formerReal Housewives of Atlantastar, 54, previouslyfiled a lawsuit in Aprilagainst Bravo, NBC Universal, network executives includingAndy Cohenand other related parties. At the time, Leakes accused the defendants — including the production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original — of violating federal employment and anti-discrimination laws.
“All Parties consent and stipulate to the foregoing dismissal,” the document reads. “No party will seek recovery of costs or attorneys' fees in any submission to this Court.”
This situation is a joint stipulation dismissal without prejudice between all parties. Leakes, therefore, can resurface this case down the road if she chooses.
