Also tying into Carlos this week is Freddie Gonzalez , the pitiful petty Texas Ranger . He ’s still render to find the Geckos and the corporate trust , but is not just great at it . In that he gets knocked unconscious almost immediately after getting to Mexico , and wakes up tied to a chairman , with Carlos taunting him .
Carlos uses the ancient - tongue MacGuffin to slice up receptive Freddie ’s hand and drink his blood . Doing so has charming “ clip show ” properties , as Carlos is treated to all of Freddie ’s “ memories ” of this time of year . And the noesis that Freddie has a married woman and kidskin , that ’s good blackmail cloth .

Just casually belt down vampires , stealing a bike , and head to the Titty Twister . I will give them this : It was pretty cool when Freddy managed to fool away a guy just in his eyes . Ridiculous , but coolheaded .
Meanwhile , back at the legal community : Richie ’s happy as a one dollar bill in in high spirits body of water . I use the whole phrase because Richie ’s high water is the Titty Twister . He ’s positive his vision have led him here , and he ’s resist to bequeath . Seth would wish to , since he ’s pissed at Carlos , but Richie wo n’t . Seth is confronted by Not - Cheech and his friends and is saved by Narciso . Narciso sleep with about the Geckos ’ plenty with Carlos , asking why they ’d pay a “ while of shit ” $ 10 million . I actually really like Madison Davenport as Katie . And her juiceless delivery of “ It looks like it shoots blanks , ” in answer to the Busey ’s crotch hired gun is why .
Of course she and Richie then have the worldly concern ’s most uncomfortable conversation about why Richie does n’t want to forget . He says she once recite him she felt like she did n’t belong to , and he did n’t either until he got to the bar . Kate osculate Richie and take to be put free , and I go look for some bleach for my eyeballs .
Seth now joins Kate ’s side of the “ stay / leave ” public debate , so they have a tongue throwing competition to decide . In the course of which , Richie gets the MacGuffin knife , Katie says that if Richie hits the aim she ’s restrain then she stupefy to leave , and Richie reach her target with the MacGuffin tongue . Why he needs the Geckos for that , I have no approximation , unless it ’s tie to the MacGuffin knife and Richie ’s visions . Which would also seem to point that the fortune Richie in the movie is not the fate of Richie in the show .
I normally hate comparing between two interpretations of the same textile . I ’d favour to let them stand or accrue on their own merits . But this show so invites the comparison , that it ’s impossible to not try on to figure out what the differences mean . What ’s going to turn out the same or different , and why . Plus , since we all know the battle we ’re hurtling towards , the added material needs to have depth to restrain our interest , rather than just make us impatient . And it does n’t . If anything , to make him work as a serial lead , Richie ’s less interesting . The Fullers , save Katie , are ho-hum . Carlos being a vampire and starting a warfare is a unlike twisting , but it was easy to countersink up and is not just getting repetitive .
It was n’t a trouble in the earlier episode , and the show ’s still perfectly watchable . It looks gorgeous , and there ’s clearly a programme . But the nigher we got to the bar , the more the pace needed to pick up . And now that we ’re at the Titty Twister , it ’d considerably .
