Justin Timberlakeis bringing long shirts back — for a very good reason.
After performing hisForget Tomorrow World Tourin Nashville on Dec. 12, the Grammy winner, 43, went viral on TikTok for anNSFW wardrobe malfunctioninvolving a too-cropped tee and tight harness that accidentally exposed the outline of his bulge.
While Timberlake hadn’t actually spoken on the hiccup, which was captured in afan-taken clipgarnering over 11 million views as of this writing, he seemed to have indirectly addressed the situation at his most recent show in Kansas City Mo., on Dec. 20 with a slight change of clothing.

While it’s hard to tell if it’s the angle of the platform or a completely new shirt, the hemline is certainly longer than the previous wardrobe piece. The outfit alteration prevented Timberlake from dealing with a second mishap (the last one left him fiddling with his shirt to hide his clothed nether regions) during his gravity-defying act, which sees him suspended above the crowd on a raised platform during “Mirrors.”
Many flooded the comment section with their thoughts on the musician’s new concert look, one pointing out that the updated shirt features slits so that it doesn’t get bunched up in the harness around his waist (though the previous shirt did too, just not as well while the singer was standing flat on the ground).
