It ’s Bloom , the foot lever - power , environmentally friendly adherence that produces seed - fill house of cards mean to transform concrete hobo camp into luxuriant forests . Using nothing but the tip , a seeded player shot , and a little vegetable based soapy water , the Bloom disperses gurgle into the cracks and crevices of our engorged cityscape . Then nature take over and the seedlings mature into vegetation , which is right away exterminated by the section of public works . Just kidding . This is in reality a moderately cunning idea when you see how it works , and is one of many from Design 21 ’s “ world power to the Pedal ” design competition .
