This is an unfortunate play of events . Our Children ’s Trust confirmed they wo n’t stop here . They plan to postulate the full Ninth Circuit to review this decision . elderly lawyer Andrea Rodgers told Earther in an email :

We will be asking the full Ninth Circuit to go over the decision that federal court can do nothing to address an admitted constitutional violation . That charm will be filed in the coming weeks . ”
